Don’t be blind

I have been thinking for a while what people should realize about mental health.. This is my personal experience last year.. This one time I had to visit my Psychiatrist and in that time I was cutting heavy bad..

And I remember when I came through the doors of my Psychiatrist office he saw it.. And at the end of our conversation he asked me how do I keep it from my parents.. And in that moment I realized how oblivious my family and people around me are that they can’t see the pain that is on the inside on my body.. So my message is don’t be blind when you see cuts on somebody that you love even if it is just one cut don’t judge them, hug them and don’t be oblivious to the pain inside them..
